1. About Aley's Homemade Food Products

Aley's Homemade Food Products is a family-owned farm-to-table food business based in Ulickal, Kannur, Kerala, India. We produce handcrafted food products inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Kerala's Syrian Catholic, Mappila (Thalassery), and Thiyya communities.

Our ingredients are sourced primarily from our organically managed family farm in Kalanki, complemented by a trusted network of family-owned and neighbouring farms to ensure freshness, quality, and traceability.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • The information provided during registration or checkout is accurate and complete.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products

We specialize in handcrafted food products, including but not limited to:

4. Product Availability

Our products are prepared in limited quantities and are subject to seasonal availability.

Certain ingredients depend on harvest cycles, weather conditions, and agricultural production. As a result, some products may be temporarily unavailable or substituted with customer approval.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

5. Pre-Order Products

Many of our products, especially those listed under the NRI Shop, are prepared exclusively on a pre-order basis. Production begins only after your order has been confirmed. Preparation timelines displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Seasonal ingredient availability

  • Harvest schedules

  • Order volume

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen circumstances

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices do not include shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing.

7. Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment service providers. Aley's Homemade Food Products does not store or have access to your payment card details.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We carefully package every order to preserve freshness and quality during transit. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on:

While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Risk in the products transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

We proudly serve customers worldwide. Customers are responsible for ensuring that food products may legally be imported into their country.

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Customs clearance

  • Import permits (if required)

  • Local food regulations

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Inspection charges


Orders delayed, held, or rejected by customs authorities remain subject to the laws and regulations of the destination country.

10. Organic Farming Statement

Our family farm participates in Group Organic Certification under the National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP) and USDA National Organic Program (NOP) standards through CEFEM ICS Kannur.

This certification applies to our farming practices and cultivated produce. Unless specifically stated, our processed food products should not be interpreted as individually certified organic products.

11. Food Safety & Allergens

Our products are prepared using carefully selected ingredients and hygienic food preparation practices.

However, certain products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:

12. Product Storage
